I have not been to the pool
When I first went out with Mark I was still swimming 4 times a week. We talked more then we did stuff together. That was four years ago and now I don't have any time if I want to see Mark. Yes I walk around a lot or do Bocce Ball in the spring/summer. But I kind of do miss it. Riding the bus, I just don't have any time to go to the gym. In less Mark wants to go with me. Mom keeps asking me "when will you go back to swimming". When the swimming coach tells me it does not matter how slow or fast you are. Meaning he told me i'm slowing down and I don't care but that made me stop.

Swim-a-Ton
Hi all, I am wanting to do something for Special Olympics IN Tippecanoe County. So, we can get more supplies for are sport's. If are county does Ballroom Dancing and Soccer we will need new supplies.
I hope you might support me on this. I will start training swimming 500 and trying to swim more than that.
My idea is a two dollars is donated for every lap someone does.
Lafayette YMCA had something so maybe sometime later.

10 x 25 kick as hard as you can and take 10 sec. with board and fins. Rest between each 25.

100 Drill (all four stocks, one at a time)
Free: Kecchip, kick, hand drag, swim
Back: Lane line or one arm, kick, hand twist, swim
Brest: two kicks than hands, kick, two kicks than hands, swim
Fly: one arm three times for each arm with kick, kick, one arm three times for each arm with kick, swim
